The slow unwinding of progress began with a blinding scientific discovery – the AutoExtremus Technological Hyper-Extended Reality, the A.E.T.H.E.R – a digital landscape of countless dimensional frontiers, a quantum virtual reality so profoundly vivid as to be indistinguishable from reality itself.
For Many, the Aetherium became the rel world. Existence was better there: Sound more crisp, color more vivid, live more visceral. Once pioneered, the collective attention of humanity shifted forever and the masses flooded into the Aetherium.
