Oseph Menhemes

Oseph Menhemes is the mayor of Otari and descendant of Aesephna Menhemes, one of the Roseguard. He is also the owner of Otari Lumber, but he strives to keep his roles as businessman and politician separate. He devotes his mornings to work as a public figure and the afternoons managing his company.
