- Brucie – Earn a 70% relationship status with Brucie so you can call him to pick you up in his helicopter.
- Carmen – Secure an 80% relationship status with Carmen and you can receive a health boost when you really need it.
- Dwayne – Earn a 60% relationship status with Dwayne and you can call him to request assistance from a car full of gang members.
- Kiki – Earn an 80% relationship status with Kiki and you can call to request the removal of as many as 3 wanted stars.
- Little Jacob – Earn a 60% relationship status with Little Jacob and he’ll give you a discount when you purchase his guns.
- Packie – Earn a 75% relationship status with Packie and you can call him when you need a car bomb.
- Roman – Call to get a free ride from Roman when you earn a 60% relationship status with him.

You can access a map of secret locations around liberty city by going to one of the many TW@ Internet Cafes and entering www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com into the URL bar of the in-game web browser.
Pigeons
There are 200 pigeons to find and shoot around liberty city. You need this for 100% completion and for the Flying Rats achievement.
