Recommendations:
This is the 3rd collection of weekly comics that take place in real time during the time that Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are missing from action. In this collection that are a few surprises, a few groans, and a few moments that left you going wow that was awesome. Once again, it skips back and forth between the characters as they weave in and out of the underlying story that is going on. Lex Luthor is behind an every man project that allows anyone to become a superhero, granted at a cost, and it does appear that the cost might be more than what you think it is on the surface. It also has a combination of characters that are not what you would call the top tier characters, yet they still are here doing what they can. This series does a nice job brining some of these lower tier characters into the limelight and giving them their chance to shine.
Overall, I felt that this collection contained some of the best stories so far into the collection. Some mysteries are coming to light, some unknowns are becoming clearer, and even a few threads have come to a conclusion. With all that is going on this does really keep a reader invested and so far has been the best in the series so far. This leaves me with a lot of hope and anticipation for the 4th collection in the series.
