Vandy Banderdash is the high priestess of the Dawnflower Library, a temple of Sarenrae and public library located west of Otari on the Isle of Kortos. She is a talkative halfling woman known for her welcoming nature and has an uncanny ability to suggest the ideal book to visitors.
