Babylon 5 Voices

Overview: Telepaths to the left of them. Telepaths to the right of them. And danger is all around Commander Susan Ivanova and Security Cheif Michael Garibaldi when a Psi Corps Convention is held on Babylon 5. Someone will turn this meeting of mind readers into a real bast…as a bomb makes Babylon 5 death trap.

The prime suspect is resident telepath Talia Winters. With Talia’s old foes, thought-cops Best and Gray, calling for her head, Ivanova and Garibaldi can’t openly help her. Now she’s running for her life through a perilous universe, and her psychic talent is her only weapon when her path is blocked by staggering intergalacti horrors: psi-cops closing in…and a killer waiting.

I have always been a die-hard Babylon 5 fan, but for some reason, I never got around to reading the books. Well, that all changed when I finally decided to give this one a shot. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint.

This book is like a love letter to fans of the series. It perfectly captures the essence of the characters without getting bogged down in unnecessary details. If you’re not familiar with Talia, Garibaldi, and Bester, you might be a bit lost, but for those of us who know and love them, it’s a real treat.

The story follows Bester and the telepaths as they navigate the treacherous waters of Babylon 5. From blown-up conference plans on Mars to trouble following the telepaths wherever they go, it’s a wild ride. And let’s not forget about Michael Garibaldi, who has to figure out how to handle all this chaos.

I was hooked from the start and breezed through this book in no time. The author really nailed the vibe of the Babylon 5 universe and did justice to the beloved characters we all know and love.

So, if you’re a Babylon 5 fan, this book is a must-read. And if you’re not familiar with the series, well, you might want to binge-watch it before diving in. Trust me, it’s worth it. I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series as soon as I finish writing this review.
