This collection features three thrilling short stories that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

In “Dead Man Running,” a psychiatrist finds himself entangled in a dangerous plot to assassinate the President, leading to a wild adventure with a trail of bodies in his wake.

Next up is “113 Minutes,” a story with quirky chapter starters that may seem odd at first, but trust me, the tale of a mother seeking revenge on her son’s drug dealer is absolutely captivating.

And finally, we have a hitman in “One Last Hit,” who is determined to retire after one final job. But when things go awry, he must eliminate his way up the criminal hierarchy to uncover the mastermind behind the hit.

Despite not being a huge fan of short stories, I found myself thoroughly engrossed in these high-energy, action-packed tales. The authors truly nailed it with these gripping narratives that left me craving more.
