At first, I was not all that impressed with this book. It was kind of slow at first, but it leaves you hanging at the end, and that really makes me want to jump right back into the next volume. Rin is going to start to train, something he realized he should have taken serious before. The real question is can he go far enough without going to far. Will he be prepared for what happens with the eyes? Most of that will be answered in this book, but the big thing is this book leaves Rin with a challenge that is bigger than any he has had before.
Overall, this was a good volume. It left me wanting more, and I will quickly have to dive into the next volume to know what happens next.
