Overview: The tragic story of what happened to Rin and Yurjo’s mother, Yuri Egin, continues to unfold. Yuri and Father Fujimoto were once up-and-coming young Exorcists involved in Section 13’s extensive operation to research elixirs of immortality and develop clones to hosue the spirits of demons. This takes over right where the last book left off and continues to show the back story for Rin. I am really liking this part of the story and see where things started. To be honest, I could not put this volume down as it was so good. I enjoyed it so much I read it in one sitting and wished I had the next one. The story really is focused around Satan taking a body in Section 13 and Rin’s mom trying to communicate with Satan.
Overall, this was one of my favorite books in the series. I can’t wait for the next book to arrive so I can see where this is going.
