The team heads to Tokyo as with Armor. Armor has to return to her home as her mother and father died. She is returning to one family with her new family. If the death of her mother and brother is not enough, a new challenge starts to attack Tokyo. This new challenge leads the X-Men to a strange island. The story is good in places and not so good in others. They created a great backdrop for the story with the island, but really did use the island as much as it should have been. The story is also one that seems very familiar. Think King Kong or any movie like that. It also feels kind of hollow. In places, the artwork in the book really was bad or more to the point felt very childish.

For all the negatives I mentioned, I still did enjoy the story. It was fun for the most part. I thought it was a little light in the X-Men action realm, but it still a good read. With that I still have to mention all the ways it does fail, and with that the rating was knocked down a bit.

Overall it was good, just not great.
