In this episode Diggle and Oliver are at odds. Diggle does not believe the list is flawless and wants to give someone he knows that is on the list a chance to prove he does not belong on the list. So much so that he takes a job with the guy to prove that he is a good person. You probably know how that turns out. The other story that Thea is convinced her mom is having an affair. This leads to her making some really bad choices.
Overall, I liked this episode. I liked the way the person on the list that Oliver is going after is presented and the conflict that it causes. Beyond that, I also am really looking forward to how the story of what happened on the island in the flashback. We get a curveball in this episode and how it turns out is going to be interested.
