Overview: A gang of bank robbers, dubbed The Royal Flush Gang, hits a local bank and seriously wounds an off-duty police officer during a heist. Diggle tells Oliver he needs to deviate from his father’s list and start helping the citizens of Starling City. Meanwhile, Tommy asks Thea for relationship advice, but things get awkward when she realizes he was asking about Laurel. Moira confronts Oliver about all of his recent disappearances in the middle of family functions.

In this episode we go away from the list of targets that Oliver has. He is tricked in a way to go after some bank robbers and since they do multiple jobs in every town they go to, he as the ability to stop them. Laurel gets some bad news for her firm, one of the top donors is not going to donate. When all is thought to be lost, someone that is expected to save the days steps in. Well maybe not as expected as someone else but still you see it coming a mile away.
Overall, I was glad to see Oliver move past his list and agree that he can help his city through other means.
