28 Days Later
Synopsis: A powerful virus escapes from a British research facility. Transmitted in a drop of blood and devastating within seconds, the virus locks those infected into a permanent state of murderous rage. Within 28 days the country is overwhelmed and a handful of survivors begin their attempts to salvage a future, little realizing that the deadly virus is not the only thing that threatens them.
Rating: R For Strong Violence and Gore, Language, and Nudity.

Nudity Factor: See full nudity in several scenes of the main character Jim, when I say full nudity I mean it. Zombie breasts can be seen in one scene.
Of Note: The exteriors of the streets of London were shot in the early hours of the morning on weekdays. The crew only had a couple of minutes each day, and crew members had to politely ask clubbers not to walk onto the streets.

I was very excited to see this movie only because I keep hearing about what a great zombie movie it was. After having watched the movie it has less to do with zombies and more to do with human reaction. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Some of the coolest shots in the movie is an empty London. These shots were done early in the morning before traffic picked up and people were out an about. These shots were amazing. As I said, zombies played a small role in this movie with only a few encounters. I am not disagreeing with the human element of the film as they are unfortunately more accurate than we care to admit. My recommendation for this film is to rent it or borrow it as I am not sure that you will care to ever watch it again.
