The story continues. Rin has not had much time to settle in to the academy life, yet it seems a lot is going on. The training is intense, and the competition is even more so. Everyone wants to prove how good they are, except maybe Rin who just want to be what he is. When things go sideways, it will be up to the classmates to work together to get through it. I thought this part of the story was a better. Less setup and more action. It keeps things just interesting enough that it keeps you reading.

Overall, I enjoyed the story, thought it had a good blend of action and story. I certainly good done with this and immediately ordered the 3rd book as I wanted more right away. If you liked the first one, you should find this one to be just a notch better.
