The story revolves around a juicy rumor of a massive drug and arms deal about to go down at the Mexico-California border. Meanwhile, San Francisco decides to tighten its gun laws, causing major tension in the city. Lindsay finds herself caught in the crossfire from all directions, with her family’s safety hanging in the balance.

As the anticipation builds for the big deal, it falls flat. At times, I had to rack my brain to remember what the main plot even was. And the ending? Lackluster. It’s hard to believe things played out the way they did, especially with so much distance between key elements. It seems like the series peaked earlier on, and now it’s just coasting for the cash.
