The episode starts out with a wedding disaster which is what the episode was advertised as containing. This is only a very small part of the episode and is resolved quickly. You then jump to a continued story of Abby’s missing mom. We also get a lot of character backstories, which helps to explain a lot about the characters. Actually the characters all move and develop in this episode. The way it is done really rounds the series out and gets you even more invested in the characters.
Overall, I enjoyed the episode. Both the 911 calls and the time they spent developing characters. A well-rounded episode that hits the high points.
