This episode is the holiday episode for the series. This does come out a month before the holidays, but it still has that as the focus point. From a worker getting accidentally put in a box, to a marine wanting nothing more than to surprise his daughter with a surprise appearance at her winter concert. This episode has a lot of holiday spirit. It also has a story that underlying the entire episode. This has to do with Eddie and how he wants to handle his wife and the mother of his child. The other thing this episode has is a lot of emotion. Several of the scenes really pull at your emotions. Also, this episode ends on something I have been expecting the entire season. Not sure if I am going to enjoy that section of the story, hopefully it will come and go quickly.
Overall, this episode messes with your emotions in a good way. It is exactly what a Christmas episode should be. Even more so, exactly what you would expect a Christmas to be with these characters. Since this is the mid-season break, it does leave you with a bit of a cliffhanger and with that leaves you wanting the return to be sooner than later.
