The call center is getting an upgrade to its fire system.  Of course, this is the exact moment things go wrong and the call center gets caught on fire.  To make matters worse, May and her mean co-worker are on time out in a calming room to try to overcome this hostility towards each other.  Bobby is not going to let another person he cares about die in a fire.  The entire episode is like a movie, just only a bit shorter.  It really delivers on a big way all the way through.

Overall, I don’t know how it can get better than this.  It is full of all the things that make a great episode.  The story telling is on par with a movie and it really keeps the intensity up the entire time.
