Another great episode that has the focus be on the first responders.  This has a main story running through it that has Sue from the dispatch office getting hit by a hit and run.  The problem is the driver never slowed down.  This gets everyone wondering what was going on and thinking that it has to be something bigger than just a hit and run.  This episode has near movie quality as it go through all the ways people are trying to help find the person that hit Sue.  It also has some flashback on how Sue saved Josh and inspired him to become a dispatcher.  He now has to rise to the level of Sue to help the police find the person that hit her as well as save someone that was kidnapped.

Overall I just like the near movie quality that this episode has.  It takes you though all aspects of finding the person that hit Sue and how it shows the different steps taken to track them down.  The story comes together nicely just as the different crews of first responders come together to solve the mystery.
