Rating: 4 Star
The story in this episode is about a child that falls down an old well. They are stuck down 40+ feet. This puts Eddie in a place where he had to face his past. His past that had him fighting in the Middle East. He was put in a difficult place then and is about to embark on another one trying to rescue the child in the well. I was eleven when Baby Jessica fell down a well. The news of her rescue was broadcast nationwide and people didn’t sleep, not wanting to miss the rescue. That made this episode feel familiar. I don’t remember all the details, but I remember the emotion that was attached to that real life event.

Overall, it was great to have an episode focused on Eddie. There is a section toward the end that was lame and really was not needed. I am not sure why the writers felt to add another layer of emotion to an already emotionally intense episode. It really just took things too far. Still, I was emotionally invested in the episode and when that happens it is hard to not enjoy the episode.
