I am a big enough person to admit when I was wrong. I really didn’t like the last episode, and I predicted that it would carry over into this episode. I was wrong. This episode really got things back on track. After the dam breaks, mud slides soon follow. Athena is out trying to help get people to evacuate the area. When she comes across a woman that is stubborn. Now they find themselves sliding down the side of a hill. Bobby and team are helping to rescue people trapped in the mud slide. It is going well until Chimney and Buck find a baby monitor that has a baby crying. They have to find where the baby is before it is to late. They find more than they were expecting. Finally, Maddie is trying to keep things calm in the 911 dispatch and has to give May a lesson on how the dispatchers need to keep calm even when it is someone they love on the other end.

Overall, this was a fantastic episode. It had a little of everything I really enjoy about this series. Some drama, some action, some people being dumb, mixed in with some twists along the way. It just came together to be an excellent episode and has gotten me motivated to continue with the series.
