Side A (Day Side)
This side of the wonder you start with one stone. The primary use of this side is that you get a little bit of diplomacy mixed in and can get 14 vp just from building the wonder. This is a lot of vp and the final stage gets you 7 vp by itself. One thing with the starting stone is that it does not help you build your wonder.
Side B (Night Side)
The night side gets even more into the diplomacy mechanic. This side gives you two diplomacy tokens. This allows you to overcome not taking any military. If you build the 1st stage in era 2 and then the 2nd stage in era 3 you can overcome a military strategy fairly easily.
